"Hey there, fellow food lovers! I'm Philip, and I'm on a mission to share my love for food with the world. As an adult with celiac disease, I've turned my dietary needs into an epic adventure, discovering over 500 amazing gluten-free spots across NYC. As an adult on the autism spectrum, I hope to inspire others who are on the spectrum about what is possible. Join me as I create unforgettable events, interview amazing chefs, and show the world what we can achieve through the pure joy of great food!
